Office Notices

Email the office about portal activity takes the addresses that should hear when something arrives — a change waiting for review, an access request. Separate several with commas. Leave it empty and nothing is emailed; the work still shows on the Members Portal page and the dashboard.

Changes Members Send

OptionWhat it does
Members can update their informationOff, and the portal is read-only
Contact changesOffice reviews first holds every change for approval. Save right away writes them as the member makes them
Relations members can chooseSon and Daughter are always offered. Add any others a member should be able to pick when they add someone, or name a relation for someone already on file
When rejecting a change, offer to email the member a reasonPuts a message box on the rejection, so the member hears why
Two things always wait for the office, even on Save right away: a new sign-in email or mobile, and a new yahrtzeit. One is how a member signs in; the other sets up reminders.

Donation History

Show members their donation history adds the screen listing what the family has given, by year. Categories to show limits it; left empty, every category is included. Use it where some giving should stay out of view.

Bills

OptionWhat it does
Categories to showWhich bills appear. Empty means all of them
Saved cardsPortal cards offers the cards the member saved themselves, plus any card marked “Available in Portal” on the family's Credit Cards. All cards offers every card on the family
Scheduled payment amountsNot allowed, Office reviews first or Right away. Whatever this says, a member can always change the card on a scheduled payment
Email the member a confirmation after payingSends a receipt. You set the subject and the opening line, and a preview shows what it looks like
Also email the thank-you letterSends your own thank-you letter as well, for receipt categories. Either the category's own letter, or one letter for everything. The screen lists anything to fix first

Forms

Members can fill out forms adds the Forms screen. Which forms appear is decided on the form itself: Show in the Members Portal in the form builder. A member's details are already filled in, and the submission is tied to their family.
