Q2 2025

• Auto match spaces.
  Automatch for submissions now removes extra spaces in the data submitted which would cause a no match.
• Editing bill from Expired or Completed Cards now works as expected.
• Google Type ahead Auto fill for addresses now works correctly when entering an apartment.
• Transaction Reports Amounts formatting on PDF to currency include Billed, Paid, Due as well as Totals and Grand Totals.
• Family Members list now correctly displays in Mobile view.
• Fixed issue with updating a Family Category where multiple categories share the same name but have different parent categories.
• Transaction Reports now sort correctly by Name.
• Outbox now has a Check All Visible click to be able to process multiple messages more easily.
• Online Forms Submissions:
  • Importing a new address when there is no existing address will now update the existing blank address record and not create a new one.
  • Submits the Category and Subcategory to gateway as the description.
  • Added other keywords for ignoring in the address to enhance the Automatch (South, S. East, E. Etc.)
  • Form setup for Amount radio. Streamlined data entry where you can only enter numeric values in the Value field and auto-enters the formatted amount in the Title field.  
  • Sending emails to you for submissions made to a form not is sent from system_no_reply@chabadms.com. Previously it was sent from your own email and may have caused issues where the from and to email is the same, or if its a non-authenticated email address.
  • Fix bug where at times email to form owner is not sent.
  • Importing $0 amount RSVP no longer creates $0 payment.
  • Address fields optional.
    When address/zip fields are not included in the credit card details, the contact address and zip fields will be used. Conversely, if the fields are only included in the card details and not in the contact info, they will be used for the contact info.
  • When Card Name is omitted, it will be taken from the first/last name of the contact info.
  • Card Type will always use the card number to automatically determine the card type (3=amex, 4=visa, 5=mc, 6=disc).
• Bill Pay online form now works with decimal (dollars and cents)
• Added a confirmation when deleting a saved route.
• Google Maps Integration
  • Updated to work with new Google Apis
  • Split segments in 10 for emails
  • Check for maximum Waypoints in advance.
• Report Sharing: You can now share and un-share reports with other users within your organization.
• Outbox
  • Scheduled date for Outbox now shows local time based on settings (previously UTC was used).
  • Outbox Multiple email addresses in To field.
    Fixed issue where To field would trim email address if more than 50 characters.
• Sent Items tab on Family page now refreshes correctly when navigating to a different family.
• Bug Fix: Pending Charges Export now works as expected.
• Transaction Report by Item correctly adds totals and formats amounts as currency.
• Bug Fix: Fixed issue where at times, having multiple payrix accounts will not direct the charge to the correct account even when the correct department is selected.
• Member Page updates. Expanded fields that show in list: Name, Relation, DOB, Hebrew DOB, Email, Mobile. Sorting by LastName.
