New Features, Fixes and Improvements

What you may have missed while we have been hard at work in implementing new features and improving on existing ones.
  • UI: Refractor Alert messages to friendlier look.
  • Change: Auto Charge credit cards limited to once per day, avoiding multiple re-attempts on the same day.
  • New: Mail Chimp Tags. Allowing automatic updating of Tags. This makes having multiple MailChimp Audiences unnecessary. Details on this feature are here.
  • Optimization: Speed up Batch Thank you letter by 50%.
  • UI: Changes to User Info page. Organize information in a logical way.
  • New: PDF Name prefix for Invoices and Thank you letters. Setting is located under Modules > Letters.
  • BUG FIX: Yahrtzeit Reminders now correctly notifies the recipient when there are multiple notices.
  • BUG FIX: Statements. Salutation and other fields now work as expected in the Email body.
  • New: Online Form Design. Added Dividers and Header sections within a single Guest Reservation group, allowing for a more visually appealing result especially when the event has multiple parts.
  • New: Emails Templates now support the IMG tag allowing you to upload images and insert links to them in your emails you send for thank-you letters, pledges or statements, and Yahrtzeits. Also allows you to manage your uploaded images.
  • Optimization: Main Transaction page. Improved load times by 85%. Implemented default view of Last 12 months.
  • UI: Prevent log offs when working in a pop-up window (selecting categories, for example).
  • UI: Provide log out warning and allowing user to extend their session.
  • IMPROVEMENT: WebForm Editor. Prevent saving a form when multiple elements reference the same Data Type. Avoids larges issues with submissions and importing.
