Settings Moved to top-right of app.

The Settings link has been moved.

To access the settings for different modules, click the Settings button at the top-right of the app.

This button used to show the Themes Options and colors.

If you want to choose colors, you can still do this. Click Settings > User (Set Up Module) > Template Themes

Other minor changes:

News link has been added to the Help menu along the Remote Assistance and Knowledge Base links.
