1. Form List

The Web Forms list provides a listing of all forms you have. Each form listed shows information about its submissions and allows quick access to actions such as editing, previewing, or deleting.

Click Settings > Web Forms Integration

Columns in the list include:

  • Name – the form name. Click to sort alphabetically (default sort).
  • Date Modified – last update date; sortable.
  • Count – number of new submissions that have not yet been imported.
  • Test Mode – Shows if the form is in Test Mode. Test mode allows testing the form without actually charging the card.

Available actions for each form:

  • Edit – modify the form.
  • Preview – opens a separate page to see how the form will look; actual testing can be done from the preview.
  • Submissions – view new, imported, or deleted submissions.
  • Copy Form – duplicate the form.
  • Delete – remove the form only if there are no submissions. If there are submissions, you can make the form inactive so it doesn't appear on the list

Filters available:

  • Show Inactive – display forms that are not currently active.
  • Show New Submissions – display only forms that have new submissions not yet imported.

Other settings:

  • Disable forms on Shabbos and Yom Tov – prevents the form from being submitted during these times based on the configured Location and Time Zone. A message that the form is closed on Shabbos or Yom Tov will show.

Creating a new form:

  • Click the CREATE button at the top of the page to create a new form.
Details on configuring your form are detailed in this KB article.
