ChabadOne Communicator Integration makes it simple to push your emails from CMS to a List in your Communicator account.
 
For example: You may want to generate your weekly email in Communicator and you have names and emails in CMS that aren't in communicator (either manually entered, or from form submissions etc.)
 
  1. Click Send Email
  2. Choose the Category in CMS you want (example: "Weekly Email") and click Generate List (Next)
  3. Choose one of your Communicator list (example: "Weekly Email List")
  4. You have the option to "Clear List First". If you check this, any emails already in this list will be removed.
  5. Click Send to Communicator.
All your emails are pushed to Communicator in the list you selected. You can then go to Communicator and prepare and send your email.
 
To get started with using this:
  1. Get your Key from Communicator. Click Settings > API Keys.  If you don't have one from past use, create a new one, be sure to select "Chabad Management System"
  2. Enter this key in CMS Cloud under Settings > 3rd Party Apps > Batch Email Sender. 
  3. Create a new List by clicking Create List. 
    Note: It will not work with any regular Lists you have in communicator, they need to be created from within CMS. They are referred to as "System/Hidden Lists".
Please note that there is a $25 one time setup fee and a $10 Annual Fee to use this integration.
