Google Maps - Secure API Key

Because you are responsible for any usage on your API key, it is important that you secure it. 
 
To secure your Google Maps API key, please follow these steps.
This will ensure that just you can use your API and it cannot be used by anyone else and only from the site you designate.
 
  1. Login to your Google Cloud account and go to the Console
    https://console.cloud.google.com/
     
  2. Search for Credentials and click on the result "Credentials - APIs & Services"

     
  3. Click on your API Key

    The name of your API key might be different.
     
  4. For Application restrictions, choose Websites.

     
  5. For Website restrictions, click + Add and enter your specific subdomain under chabadms.com. For example: mychabad.chabadms.com. "mychabad" must match the subdomain you are using.

     
  6. Click SAVE

     
After doing this, and waiting for 5 minutes, test the mapping functionality in your CMS to ensure that it is working as expected.
