Event Reports - Step by Step

Here are the step by step of generating a report showing how many adults and children are coming to an event.
  1. Click Reports > Transactions (version 1. check box at top right)
  2. Click New Report (+ button)
  3. Enter a report name. (Example: "Seder RSVP"
  4. Report Type: Bills
  5. Under Criteria >  Transaction Subcategories: choose the subcategory of your event. (Example: Events/Seder)
  6. Click Next
  7. Click SELECT COLUMNS and check Item and Quantity (uncheck Category/Subcategory and Invoice Number).
  8. Total By: Item
  9. Click EXPORT PDF
You can save this report for future use.
 
*Note: Report based on Item have not yet been implemented in Version 2.
